Dr. Trivette has spent the last 13+ years as the Staff Counselor for El Paso County Sheriff’s Office. Duties included providing individual and couples counseling, teaching the academies and in service as well as specialized classes and she served as a hostage negotiator.
Biography
She started her professional career as a teacher. Through that, Dr. Trivette saw the struggles her students faced went far beyond the classroom. She wanted to make a difference that was meaningful and lasting.
Dr. Trivette is an Army spouse (retired), and has worked with first responders for the past 13+ years. She started with NFA in July 2023. Her heart lies with this community and she is proud to add her experience here in an effort to better service this important group of people.
During her down time Dr. Trivette enjoys running, spending time with family and friends, and she is learning how to golf.
