Dr. Tasci conducts psychotherapy, trauma intervention, substance abuse evaluations and fitness-for-duty assessments. She holds a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology. Dr. Tasci is also certified to provide EMDR, certified as a Substance Abuse Professional, and an Employee Assistance Professional.

Dr. Tasci has been working with individuals, couples and families for many years and feels privileged to witness profound resilience, adaptation and healing which inspires and motivates her to strive for the same.
She works towards maintaining a healthy balance personally so she can walk aside human beings who have been traumatized, victimized and wounded and still find a way to reach out and trust another human in their often most painful life circumstances.
Dr. Tasci is PsyPact licensed and can provide therapy across state lines, via telehealth therapy.
She began working for NFA in 1996 and works with individuals and couples providing psychotherapy.
Dr. Tasci also conducts Fitness-for Duty evaluations. She specializes in evaluating substance abuse disorders and trauma treatment as she is a Certified EMDR therapist. Her clinical modality is Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (aedpinstitute.org). Additionally, Dr. Tasci has been working as a Substance Abuse Professional conducting SAP evaluations for employees who test positive for drugs/alcohol under the Department of Transportation; as a HIMS psychologist assisting aviators with substance abuse and mental health issues; and as a mental health provider for the NLFPA. She headed down the therapy path for a rewarding and satisfying career working with a diverse population.
Dr. Tasci is the co-author of the Trauma Recovery Handbook.
When Dr. Tasci isn’t working with her clients she enjoys running, reading, and traveling. She has run 4 marathons and a ½ marathon spanning from Seattle to New York, and even Antarctica!
Dr. Tasci provides training for agencies who are interested in implementing a HIMS program (himsprogram.com) for First Responders in their agencies and organizations.
