Mandy started with Nicoletti-Flater Associates in early spring of 2023. With 20 years of business experience including customer service, client acquisition and retention, billing and accounting, marketing, scheduling, and management she brings a variety of ideas to the back office of the company.

Working behind the scenes, Mandy helps create innovative and new ideas to keep NFA on the cutting edge involving technology and end user engagement.

A Marine, and having thin-blue-line immediate family members, Mandy loves the mission behind NFA; serving military and first responders. Mandy enjoys providing assistance to the clinicians in the back office so they are able to focus on fully serving their clients.

During her free time she enjoys glamping with her husband and 3 dogs, DU hockey games, and staying fit.
