Dr. Camblin is a Post-Doctoral Fellow specializing in delivering a comprehensive array of services to First Responders and their families. His focus includes individual therapy, training, and critical response intervention.

Dr. Camblin brings vital experience from his tenure as a police officer with an agency in the St. Louis metro area, where he served in the Division of Patrol. During his time at NFA, he has conducted numerous debriefs, both individual and group, as well as defusion sessions following critical incidents or officer-involved shootings. Additionally, Dr. Camblin has administered wellness exams for various agencies. Dr. Camblin currently has over 2,000 clinical hours dedicated to first responders and their families.

As a former police officer, Dr. Camblin identified a gap in resources for first responders and felt compelled to get involved. He offers a diverse range of therapeutic approaches to support the community.
Dr. Camblin joined Nicoletti-Flater Associates in August 2022, drawn by the opportunity to work with a highly trained staff that could offer valuable supervisory experience.
Dr. Camblin is actively engaged in various roles at NFA, encompassing clinical practice with first responders, emergency response support, targeted violence training and threat assessment, as well as delivering training sessions on a diverse range of psychological topics for first responders. Primarily, Dr. Camblin’s emphasis lies in clinical practice, where he provides individual therapy for adult clients.
While he finds fulfillment in clinical work, Dr. Camblin is equally passionate about providing training and consulting services to agencies, allowing him to make an institutional impact by supporting both agencies and their employees.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Camblin enjoys staying active, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, and spending quality time with his family.
