Michelle Randall is the voice of Nicoletti-Flater Associates. As the office manager since 2017, she has been the first point of contact for many of Nicoletti-Flater Associates’ clients, scheduling appointments, triaging therapy cases, and assisting agencies with any of their other operational questions and needs. Michelle is also responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the main office in Lakewood. Currently, Michelle is completing her degree in counseling to be able to help Nicoletti-Flater Associates’ clients in even more ways.
